JHM Dance Academy is an established professional dance school with branches throughout central Scotland. Staffed by ISTD qualified teaching staff and backed by a wide range of assistant and service staff, JHM offers a complete range of dance instruction for children of all ages.

Its My First Time, What Can I Expect?

Above all, dance should be fun! At JHM we focus on this aspect. We don't require that students follow a rigorous examination path but offer this as an option. If you have fun at JHM sessions that's good enough for us. Some specific disciplines we teach include:

Ballet - follows the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus.
Tap - follows The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) syllabus.
Jazz Awards / Modern - examination through grades of The Imperial
....Society of Teachers of Dancing.(ISTD)

Cheerleading -follows the UKCA syllabus. (United Kingdom Cheerleading Association)
